Andover and District Mencap are currently seeking to recruit an Administrator to join our friendly HR and Learning & Development team.
Andover and District Mencap (ADM) is an independent, not for profit, charity supporting and advocating for adults and children with learning disabilities and their families and carers. We work with our members, their families and carers in the local community, to enable people with learning disabilities to lead independent lives.
This role is advertised on a part time basis as part of a job share so the successful candidate will work alongside our current Administrator. This is a varied role which has responsibility for a wide range of administrative tasks that support the overall running of the organisation.
The main responsibilities of your role will include:
Due to the nature of this role an organised approach is essential and you will need to prioritise tasks effectively to manage your workload. You will often be the first point of contact for both our internal and external customers so excellent customer service skills are required.
